Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select international countries including Germany, France, United Kingdom, Japan, and Australia.

Processing Time

Due to high order volume, please allow 3–6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We are a small team working through a large number of open orders, and every package is carefully packed in the order it's received. We appreciate your patience — tracking numbers are sent by email as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Shipping Methods

You’ll see available shipping options at checkout based on your location, order weight, and order value. Some lower-value shipments may be sent using untracked mail to keep shipping costs affordable.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Here are typical estimates:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days
  • USA: 8–16 business days
  • International: 12–18 business days

Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.

Tracking

Most shipments include tracking. If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems lost, please contact the carrier directly. That said, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.
